“My life changed for the better when I started paying attention to my perspective and reactions.”
Since Crites was a child, the energy to play, explore, and create coursed through her veins. As an adult, she found a way to make herself fit into a typical role in society, only to find herself lacking satisfaction and desiring more from life. Too afraid to change, full of worry and doubt, she continued this role until she was in her thirties.
Seven years of teaching, speaking, publishing, and creating taught her one thing – when we do the inner work, the outer world reflects it. “We have the power and potential to create our reality starting with our thoughts. However, that means facing all our fears, uncertainties, worries, doubts, and limiting beliefs. It means aligning to love in new ways. And it’s worth every bit of it to get to a place of self-actualization; Of bringing your dreams to fruition and living a life of peace and presence.”
